🔧 Steps & Info (Redmi S2 / Y2 EDL Test Point):

Power off the device completely (if possible, disconnect battery once).

Remove the back cover & battery shield carefully.

Locate the two EDL test points on the main board (near the battery connector).

Short these two points with tweezers or a conductive tool.
-
While shorting, connect the USB cable to your PC.
-
The phone should now appear in Device Manager as "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008".
-
Once detected, use Mi Flash Tool or QFIL to flash stock firmware.
📍 Redmi S2 / Y2 Test Point Location:

The test points are usually next to the battery connector, small golden pads side by side.
-
On this model, they are just beside the SIM slot area under the shield.
