hard reset / factory reset Vivo T3x (this will erase all data, so back up if possible):
Method 1: Hard Reset via Recovery Mode
(Useful if phone is locked or not booting properly)

Power off your Vivo T3x completely.

Press & hold the Volume Up + Power button together.

When the Vivo logo appears, release only the Power button but keep holding Volume Up.

The phone will boot into Recovery Mode.

Use Volume keys to navigate → select Wipe data and press Power button to confirm.

Choose Wipe data → Wipe data again.
-
Wait until the process completes.
-
Select Reboot system now.
Your phone will restart with factory settings.
Method 2: Reset from Settings
(If phone is working normally and you can access settings)

Go to Settings → System → Reset options.

Tap Erase all data (factory reset).

Confirm → Enter password/PIN if required.

Phone will reboot and reset.
⚠️ Important Notes:

A hard reset will erase apps, contacts, photos, and files (unless backed up).
-
If Google Account / Vivo account is linked, after reset you may need to enter the same account details again (FRP lock).
